| Hands-on. That’s Leader Within.

Leader Within is a long-running JL Boston tradition and it is a rite of passage at the Boston Renaissance Charter School, where roughly a third of the sixth grade class is enrolled in the program. It is a leadership development program focused on four conceptual cornerstones of developing young girls’ including creativity, teamwork, group process and leadership.
